Sap provides consulting services primarily focused on tax optimization, investment attraction, and assistance with entry into Asian markets for startups and small to medium-sized businesses (the "Services"). The specific scope of Services provided to any client will be detailed in a separate, mutually agreed-upon engagement agreement or statement of work. The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Sap and you for any purpose concerning these Terms or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Site or Services must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.

Sap reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, which may include posting a notice on our Site.
